Refund Policy

CQCQ is free to use. This policy applies to the optional PLUS subscription.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel PLUS at any time. You keep PLUS until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.

Refunds

If PLUS is not what you hoped for, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal charge, for any reason. After that, payments are generally not refundable, except where the law of your country says otherwise.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email with your order details, or use the link in your Polar receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Who handles it

Our order process is conducted by our payment partner Polar, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Polar provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
